Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore is an Hollywood writer and actor who's talent has brought her recognition and critical acclaim. Sagittarius, she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper. She has English and Scottish ancestry. Moore struggled because her family was constantly shifting due to her father's work. Moore's family moved into Germany and she went to Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting opportunities included in productions. Her studies continued through Boston University, graduating in 1983 with an B.F.A. In Theater. Her career in theater began at New York with Off-Broadway Theater after the completion of her studies. Moore first appeared on an episode of The Edge of Night, that aired on TV in 1985. It was in 1986 that she played the dual characters in the show of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). The show became her first major break. In 1988, she was an actress on the show, and won the Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990, she made her debut in the cinema world with Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), as well as 3 Women (1997), were both made by Robert Altman. The latter production, for which she won several awards and the acclamation of critics. Her first lead role came as a lead actress in Safe (1995). Steven Spielberg, who was director for Jurassic Park: The Lost World in 1997 and one of the year's highest grossing movies, cast Moore as the lead actor. The film she starred in was Magnolia (1999) and received a favourable review and earned an SAG nomination for her performance. The Hours, a 2002 film in which she co-starred with Nicole Kidman and Meryl Strreep received nominations for nine Academy Awards. Moore also appeared in The Forgotten (2003), Freedomland (2005), Shelter (2010) along with a host of other films. In 2014, she starred in Non-Stop. Moore has appeared in numerous productions and films. Moore's most recent role as an actress in a major role is in When You Finish saving the World (2022). Her acting career in Hollywood is well established and she is also an author of children's novels. In 2007 she released Freckleface Strawberry and quickly became the N.Y.T. The bestseller was later made into a movie, a series and even a musical. She also published My Mom is a foreigner in 2013. Moore's personal life has been disclosed as she's a accomplished author and actor. She separated from John Robin in 1995. Bart Freundlich and Moore had two kids together. Moore's entire life revolves around her children, friends, and profession.
